Chantel Davison

Chantel has been working as a therapist with women since 2019, and is a skilled and experienced counsellor in supporting clients to work through trauma. Chantel’s work is mindfulness-based, experiential, and rooted in attachment theory. Chantel is gentle, yet goal-orientated and draws upon her rich array of personal and professional experiences to hold space for her clients.

Chantel works from a trauma-informed and strengths-based framework, having developed the unique ability to bring to light her clients strengths, while providing a platform of hope and healing. Chantel supports her clients process to unfold in their own unique way and at their own pace.
Chantel holds a holistic view of well-being, incorporating the body, mind and spirit.
